TEAM REGULATIONS
-Stylish Brows is a barbacide certified safe establishment and every service provider is certified as well.
-Before covid 19 happened, All service providers were protected and will continue to do so by wearing masks and gloves during the procedure.
-The station will be completely wiped down with medical grade disinfectant between each client
-Hand sanitizer will be available in the room
-Contactless payment, deposit will be made over the phone when you book you appointment and remaining balance will be charged over the phone after the procedure is completed.
CLIENT REGULATIONS
–If you have been in contact with anyone that has the covid 19 virus, have fever, have been out of the country within a month before your service, recently been sick or have compromised health please stay at home, we will be here when you feel better!
-NO mask, NO service. We do our part in keeping our place disinfected and stay protected at all times, please do your part by wearing a mask when you come in. If you don’t, you can buy a mask from us or we will have to reschedule your appointment and deposit will be forfeited.
-Please come to your appointment alone, we want to minimize the amount of people inside the studio as possible.
-Please wash your hands or use our hand sanitizer before you enter the studio
We ask you politely to do you part, we are all in this together.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
Any appointments cancelled within 24hrs will not be able to transfer deposit to a later date and deposits will be forfeited. Same day cancellation or NO SHOW will be charged 50% of the price of the service. Please understand that we have set aside time for your appointment and without proper notice we will not be able to find a replacement for your appointee on time.
RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling appointments will only be possible if the Artist is given at least 3 days notice prior to your appointment. Due to limited appointment availability, we may not be able to reschedule you until a much later date.
DEPOSITS
When booking your appointment, you will be asked to place a deposit for your service. This deposit will be applied to your total fee that is due the same day of your appointment. Deposits are refundable only if you cancel the appointment a week prior to your appointment date and we will deduct a fee for the transaction.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
–No coffee or other stimulants
-No alcohol or blood thinners
-No energy drinks
-No Retin A skincare products
-No sun exposure
-DO NOT get a facial or peeling at least a week before your appointment
-if you have any questions concerning medical conditions please consult your doctor before scheduling your appointment.
DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT IF:
-You are taking accutane or similar medication
– You are under the age of 16 (in the state of florida you can get a tattoo with the permission of a parent and notarized document and id)
-You are pregnant or nursing
-You have a sunburn on the face
-You are taking blood thinning medication (we make an exception if you bring a doctors note, agreeing that its ok to have the procedure done)
-You have viral infections or diseases
